How Hypnotherapy can help

Hi, I’m Rose, and I arrived here after a long journey researching and learning about my own health and well being.

As Mum of 3 adults, and Grandma to 2 it was my aim to remain as healthy as possible both physically and mentally, so I tried reiki as a solution to the many challenges menopause kindly brought!

Having been amazed by the benefits and wanting to spread the word, I then studied reiki and have achieved levels 1, 2 and my Master teacher level, taught by Taggart King at Reiki Evolution.

This took me some time, as I studied alongside working in NHS as a maternity healthcare support worker, assisting with caring for women in pregnancy, labour, giving birth and a long spell caring for women having miscarriages or stillbirths so I have wide experience in most aspects of maternity care.

I went on to be a birth doula, studying with amazing obstetrician Dr Michel Odent, the founder of water birthing, supporting women and their families to have great birthing experiences. I enjoyed being part of a memorable day, seeing how preparation and information make a vast positive difference to the outcome.

Having still enjoyed great relief from stress, insomnia and pain using alternative therapies I then spent 18 months becoming qualified in hypnotherapy, studying rapid hypnosis and then Hypnosis Mastery, (a UK and USA accreditation) with Ali Campbell Coaching. Ali is a world renowned hypnotist, NLP practitioner and life coach, now concentrating on teaching and sharing his wealth of expertise, helping me to help you.

A natural leap, given my background in maternity care was hypnobirthing. I have seen many beautiful, gentle births where Mum and partner have a quiet, calm experience welcoming their baby, have a shower and go home! Don’t believe all you see on the TV!

It is my mission to help many more people achieve this, a birth-day being empowering and memorable for all the right reasons. I am also currently studying NLP (Neuro Linguisitic Programming) which is an incredible method of resetting the thought processes we form as habit. Simple, fun ways to bring back the innocence and clarity of thought we had before we were overwhelmed by life and it’s stresses!
